Shipment of goods from our shop will not proceed until your payment (by bank transfer or credit card) has been registered with us.

Payment:
1) Danish bank transfer to our account in Danske Bank, regnr: 9570 kontonr: 6303412
2) Creditcards, accepted types are: Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay and JCB
3) International Bank transfer to På Sporet, SWIFT-BIC: DABADKKK IBAN: DK66 3000 0006 3034 12 - IMPORTANT: A fee of 40 DKK will be added. The fee MUST be payed in the currency DKK.

NOTE: If your bank transfer is not registered within 5 bank days, your order is considered cancelled! (3 days for danish customers)
Shipment:
All shipping is done at the customer's own expense and risk.
Our shipment solution is based on zones:
Zone 1) Denmark: Our starting-shipping rate for Danish adresses is 62 DKK (incl. 25% VAT). sent by GLS to a nearby "package shop", package weight up to 2kg. Shipment directly to the home address comes at higher cost. Large or heavy packages are in some cases more expensive.
Within Zone 1) Denmark you have a choice between two methods of shipment:
- As package via GLS to "package shop. Postage and packaging cost is 62 DKK (incl. 25 % VAT) - package max weight is 2 kg. Package is trackable via a tracking number and with insurance of value up to 4800 DKK. Shipment directly to the home address comes at higher cost.
- As letter postage via Post Danmark. The forementioned advantages of postal package shipment do not apply to letter postage, which can become unfortunate for both buyer and seller in case of loss or damage. Therefore På Sporet disclaims any liability of loss of letter postage. In other words letters can be sent cheaper than packages - the buyer has full responsibility!
- Shipments to Denmark of value above 300,00 DKK will be sent as parcel, unless the customer in written form expresses otherwise, with the consent that shipment is not insured and that Post Danmark does not offer compensation in case of loss or damage.
Zone 2) EU1 (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Poland, Sweden, Germany): Our standard shipping rate for EU1 adresses is 125 DKK (incl. 25% VAT). Package up 2kg, sent by GLS to a nearby "package shop", package weight up to 2kg. Package is trackable via a tracking number and with insurance of value up to 4800 DKK.
Zone 3) EU2 (France, Finland, Czech Republic, Austria): Our standard shipping rate for EU2 adresses is 160 DKK (incl. 25% VAT). Package up 2kg, sent by GLS to a nearby "package shop", package weight up to 2kg. Package is trackable via a tracking number and with insurance of value up to 4800 DKK.
Zone 4) EU3 (Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary): Our standard shipping rate for EU3 adresses is 225 DKK (incl. 25% VAT). Package up 2kg, sent by GLS to a nearby "package shop", package weight up to 2kg. Package is trackable via a tracking number and with insurance of value up to 4800 DKK.
Zone 5) UK: Our standard shipping rate for UK adresses is 135 DKK tax-free. Package up 2kg, sent by PostNord. Letter 2kg. Pay us the full amount: If your package can be sent at lower rate, we will reimburse you the difference. If heavier you may get contacted for payment of extra shipping costs. As international mail is not insured, På Sporet disclaims any liability of loss of postage.
- Recommendation: We recommend our customers that shipments to Zone 3 of value 500 DKK or more is always sent registered mail. Please inform us at the time of ordering if you want the shipment done using registeret mail.
Zone 6) EFTA, Greenland and the Faroe Islands: Our standard shipping rate for EFTA adresses is 132 DKK (TAXFREE shipment). Letter 2kg. Pay us the full amount: If your package can be sent at lower rate, we will reimburse you the difference. If heavier you may get contacted for payment of extra shipping costs. As international mail is not insured, På Sporet disclaims any liability of loss of postage.
- Recommendation: We recommend our customers that shipments to Zone 4 of value 500 DKK or more is always sent registered mail. Please inform us at the time of ordering if you want the shipment done using registeret mail.
Zone 7) Other countries: Our standard shipping rate for other international adresses is 200 DKK (TAXFREE shipment). Letter 2kg. Pay us the full amount: If your package can be sent at lower rate, we will reimburse you the difference. If heavier you may get contacted for payment of extra shipping costs. As international mail is not insured, På Sporet disclaims any liability of loss of postage.

Technical issues with the web shop?
If you experience technical problems when trying to place an order in our web shop, we would very much like to hear from you. Specifically we would like details about:
* The operating system you are using (Windows XP, Mac OS X, Linux, ...)
* Which release of which browser were you using? (Internet Explorer 7/6, Mozilla Firefox 1.5/2.0, Safari, Konqueror...)
* What did you experience exactly? ("I clicked this or that but nothing happened...")
Warranty and Returns :
In agreement with danish trade laws, the customer is entitled to 14 days of return right, counted from the day the goods are recieved. På Sporet must be contacted by tel: (+45) 4267 6920 or email: info(a)paa-sporet.com prior to any returning of goods. Goods must be returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The cost of return shipment is at the expense of the customer.
In order for PÅ SPORT to comply with its warranty obligations, the models must not be subject to neglect and locomotives must be lubricated regularly.
Optical, mechanical and electronic interventions must not have been carried out on the models.
When returning goods to PÅ SPORET, the models must be in the original carton/box.
