Shipment, Payment and Returns

General

Shipment of goods from our shop will not proceed until your payment (by bank transfer) has been registered with us.
Payment

Currently, we only offer three forms of payment:

1) Danish bank transfer to our account in Danske Bank, regnr: 9570 kontonr: 6303412

2) Creditcards, accepted types are: Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay and JCB
 eDankort MasterCard Maestro VISA VISA electron JCB

3) International Bank transfer to På Sporet, SWIFT-BIC: DABADKKK IBAN: DK66 3000 0006 3034 12

(The bank adress is Danske Bank, Holmens Kanal 2-12, DK-1092 Copenhagen K)

NOTE: If your bank transfer is not registered within 5 bank days, your order is considered cancelled! (3 days for danish customers)
Shipment

Our standard shipping rate for Danish adresses is 100 DKK (80 DKK + 25 % TAX)

Our standard shipping rate for Swedish adresses is 285 DKK (228 DKK + 25 % TAX)

Our standard shipping rate for EU adresses is 295 DKK (236 DKK + 25 % TAX)

Our standard shipping rate for EFTA adresses is 255 DKK (TAXFREE shipment)

Our standard shipping rate for Greenland adresses BY SEA is 295 DKK (TAXFREE shipment)

Our standard shipping rate for other international adresses is 330 DKK (TAXFREE shipment)

In some cases we may be able to offer a lower shipping price (e.g. shipment as regular mail). In those cases, the price will be stated in a seperate email. If your order has already been placed using a credit card, we will charge a lower ammount for the shipment.

Trouble?

If you experience technical problems when trying to place an order in our web shop, we would very much like to hear from you. Specifically we would like details about:

    * The operating system you are using (Windows XP, Mac OS X, Linux, ...)
    * Which release of which browser were you using? (Internet Explorer 7/6, Mozilla Firefox 1.5/2.0, Safari, Konqueror...)
    * What did you experience exactly? ("I clicked this or that but nothing happened...")

Returns

In agreement with danish trade laws, the customer is entitled to 14 days of return right, counted from the day the goods are recieved. På Sporet must be contacted by tel: (+45) 3323 1617 or email: info(a)paa-sporet.com prior to any returning of goods. Goods must be returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The cost of return shipment is at the expense of the customer.
